Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hamedia Agency's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Hamedia Agency provides digital marketing, outsourcing, and creative services including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing strategy and execution
• Social media management
• SEO and content marketing
• Branding and design services
• Virtual assistance and technical support
• Video production and photography

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Hamedia Agency's services, including but not limited to submitting forms, subscribing to SMS/text communications, and entering into service agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete that information promptly.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Hamedia Agency is an AI-powered creative and outsourcing agency. When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, you may receive the following types of messages: appointment reminders for scheduled consultations and meetings, service notifications and project updates, special offers, discounts, and promotional messages about our services.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Payment Terms

The Client shall pay the service provider the first week's and final week's invoice upon the inception of services. Subsequent invoices shall be payable on a weekly basis, due and payable within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice.

Payment shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice, either by check or by electronic transfer to the service provider's designated account.

In the event that payment is not made within the specified time period, the service provider shall have the right to terminate services immediately and without further notice until payment is received.

The Client shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, in the event that the service provider is required to take legal action to collect any amounts due under this Agreement.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Hamedia Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamedia Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other party. Such notice shall be delivered to the other party's designated contact person by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by email with confirmation of receipt.

Upon the effective date of termination, each party shall be released from all further obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, except for those provisions that by their nature survive termination.

We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
